While we attempt to sleep, criminals all over the world are using cyber resources to infiltrate our systems and steal our data. This session will discuss current trends in how the criminals are succeeding, how companies are identifying and minimizing risk, and some of the legal consequences that occur when the criminals are successful. Participants should leave having a grasp on whether their organization is well prepared or has some catching up to do to outrun the criminals.
