Dr. Randy Lewis, Orange County HIPAA Privacy Officer, will be discussing HIPAA - Privacy and Security on May 23, 2019.
11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m will be the Networking Session
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. will be the presentation.

About Dr. Randy Lewis:
Dr. Randy Lewis is the Orange County HIPAA Privacy Officer. He is the first to hold this title in Orange County Government. He serves as the Chair of the HIPAA Committee. He creates and reviews policies and procedures, provides informative on-going training and serves as the first point of contact for all HIPAA Privacy complaints and potential breaches. He also provides technical assistance to the over 4,000 staff of the various divisions and departments affected by HIPAA. He is Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance and is a Certified HIPAA Professional.
