About the event

In this session we will discuss the trends of different cultures and generations, identify challenges and opportunities for each generation, and develop a plan for breaking through the generational gaps both in your chapters and in the workplace.

BIO: Ryan M. Zilm, CRM, CIP, IGP, CEDS, MBA

Short: Ryan M. Zilm has been an active contributor to the Information Management profession since 1998, and currently is employed with U.S.A.A. as the Information Lifecycle Advisor, based in Phoenix, Arizona. He participated in the development of ARMA International’s Glossary of Terms, has a B.A. in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and received his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Ryan has served in multiple leadership capacities within ARMA at the local chapter level across three states, has been privileged to present throughout the U.S. and Canada on a wide range of topics, and serves as President of the ARMA International BOD.
